Job Description:

Long-standing experience in developing innovative products and services in the global residential and commercial pool market. Operates in more than 45 countries and has got more than 6.000 employees.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Management of all the Group’s insurance renewals and related processes:
Review and adjust insurance levels and negotiate conditions and renewals with broker annually
Collaborate with advisors, brokers, insurance carriers (if needed), EH&S personnel, IT personnel, HR personnel, and others on risk management strategy formulation, identification of exposures, implementation of best practices, gathering of underwriting data, and designing and placing appropriate coverages.
Prepare annual submittals (application forms, financial projections, etc.) for all insurance policies.
Maintain summary of insurance, contacts listing, and provide oversight of the broker.
Manage the year-end insurance audit process (provide actual results data, review and dispute unfavorable audit adjustments, etc.).
Check the activities of the Group and control protection measures of facilities (follow recommendations indicated by insurers, etc...)
Support for the Group’s claims and litigation:
Manage reportable insurance claims, claims handling, related investigations, and the coordination of inspections.
Support outside counsel
Manage minor product liability and warranty claims and litigation, insurance demands, subrogated claims, as well as the investigations, denials, and settlements of such claims.
Review claim information, coordinate details with service and sales managers, and assign inspections.
Maintain and present a litigation-tracking log monthly.
Financial and administrative support:
Prepare and manage the annual insurance and claims budgets, as well as updating the claims reserves quarterly.
Coordinate insurance premium payments.
Prepare requests for applicable letters of credit or other collateral.
Maintain insurance files.
Good compensation package
Place of work: Sant Cugat del Vallés (Group’s headquarters)
Occasional travelling (2/3 times per year)
Time flexibility- adapting to group time different zones (Europe, America, Asia)
