Job Description:
How will you spend your day? You’ll be speaking on the phone and video calls with CEOs from all over the world. These CEOs are potential members of our platform who have requested more information about membership. We have a marketing team that generates leads of potential members wanting to “learn more”. These leads are sent directly to your inbox on Hubspot for you to contact. Your role will be 2 parts:
Call the customer over the phone to qualify the potential member and see if they meet the requirements of ON.
Video call to demonstrate the platform to show them how it all works and the value it can bring to them and their businesses.
Once a member registers and pays they move onto another team who takes them on the next part of their journey.
The team has grown from 2 to almost 20 representatives in just over two short years. Today the inside sales team boasts 14 different nationalities and we are hiring some new talent to help us continue scaling up the team.
What are the key things we’re looking for? Active listening (Sales is about listening not talking), objection handling (No one said selling to CEOs was easy), adaptability (We speak with CEOs from every part of the world and every industry), humility (No cowboys please) and hunger (Are you motivated to close that next deal?).
== Key Responsibilities
Engage over the phone/video calls with CEOs of businesses from all over the world to demonstrate how Opportunity Network can help them open new markets, find new customers, suppliers, or investors;
Qualify leads - do they meet the requirements of the network;
Build rapport with C-level executives and understand their business needs;
Stick to the process: Use our excellent workflows in Hubspot to keep tabs keep things organised and maximize results;
Close deals: Bring new CEOs to the platform.
