Lead and develop the Environmental Unit|Offshore, Coastal and onshore worlwide projects

A multidisciplinary geoscienceenvironmental survey, subsea inspections and environmental consultancy company, with
an accredited laboratory, is looking for a Head of Environmental Consulting, to lead and develop the Unit, defining strategy, growing business, guiding and supervising commercial & operations teams.

The Head of Environmental Consulting will assume the following responsabilities:

Develop and grow the Environmental Consulting Unit.

Participate as a key member in the Executive Committee.

Define Unit’s Strategy, Budget and annual goals.

Manage Unit’s P&L, Capex and a team divided in Commercial and Operations.

Lead Unit’s commercial activity, including proposal writing (if required).

Plan and supervise Unit’s operations establishing priorities, resources, timings, etc.

Manage relationships with key customers and suppliers, negotiating agreements.

Coordinate with other company Units to achieve synergies (revenue and cost).

Push Unit’s boundaries to safely explore new types of projects or services, technologies, geographies, investments, acquisitions, etc.
