Important Chemical Company based in Vallés Occidental.

Reporting to the Corporate Director of Operations (COO).

Location and selection of necessary suppliers, worldwide, to guarantee the supply of raw materials for the production scheduling.

Negotiation of prices, purchase conditions and supply contracts with the suppliers.

Responsible for the control and updating of the supplier database.

Monitoring of the price indexes of the reference markets for polymers and other chemical substances of first necessity.

Carrying out purchasing synergy studies between the Group’s different companies.

Support the Management Team in the preparation of the Group’s Purchasing policies.

Preparation of supplier audits, maintenance and updating of the entire set of suppliers.

Prepares the annual budget for the Group’s Purchasing.

Propose new alternative suppliers to the Technical Team for new projects and developments.

Ensure that suppliers have all the technical documentation for the products they supply during the homologation process and generate the necessary technical database.

Prepare as many procedures and instructions as necessary to guarantee the correct operation of purchasing and supplier management.
