The process engineer works to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement culture which supports Sales and Operations departments. This requires a strong project management skill aside to excellent IT orientation, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. The process engineer will act as an internal consultant and is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing business processes to improve flow, increase efficiencies, identify and define opportunities, root causes analysis, document best practices and train local teams, and thus contributing to overall customer satisfaction, safety and cost reduction.

The mains responsabilities are:

Support the development of lean business processes, continuous improvement, standard work, problem solving, value stream mapping, training and local teams’ involvement.

Establish key performance indicators (KPI) to follow-up on the portfolio of projects, monitor initiatives to ensure progress and results are measured and achieved, including monthly business reviews reporting.

Using planning and reporting systems to creates and executes project work plans and timelines, drives performance, and assures timely completion and achievement of processes/projects and savings goals.

Work collaboratively with CIT development team and markets, identifies barriers to success, communicates projects and initiatives updates to relevant team members, and solicits help from leadership when needed.
