In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with the CRM team to implement customer lifecycle and behaviour led marketing campaigns.
Manage the planning, scheduling, testing and deployment of all email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms.
Implement test & learn strategies to maximize the effectiveness of communications and provide insights, ensuring that CRM programme drives increased levels of quality candidates and clients for all areas of the EU business.
Ongoing management and continued segmentation of email database to identify and target customer segments with specific campaigns.
Benchmark and monitor performance of all email campaigns and present monthly reports and analysis on data quality and campaign effectiveness to the business.
Work closely with the content and social media teams to manage the timely deployment of content-based email activity.
Maintain details of processes and campaign plans and identify areas of continued improvements to CRM efficiency and effectiveness.
Own the detailed weekly reporting on key KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Critically review and understand changes in customer behaviour and provide recommendations and action plans with a clear strategy based on findings.
Use SQL/ Excel / campaign tool to develop and maintain regular reports on the response from all campaign activity, detailing performance within each campaign and providing one overall report on a regular basis that summarizes all CRM activities taking place.
Build strong working relationships with the EU marketing teams to ensure the CRM programme supports the overall marketing programme.
Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing all GDPR data requests and are complying with the regulations.
Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
