Job Description:
Grupo Arestora, HR and business performance consultant, is looking for a EXECUTIVE ASSITANT TO HR & COMMUNICATION for a leading company in the distribution of products and services in Spain, located in Madrid.
Key accountabilities:
* Reporting to CHRO, the Executive Assistant will support him/her in the daily management of activities, through both organizational and executive tasks. He/She is the trusted person of the CHRO and as such, he/She will have to act as a competent interface towards internal and external interlocutors.
* Organize and manage the agenda, monitoring the correct planning of activities, manage interactions with the Executive Assistants of the other European branches of the company.
* Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
* Filter and prepare correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
* Regularly follow up on the various activities defined in the meetings both to internal and external departments
* Organize appointments, reservations, trips and transfers.
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready, internal comunications and implementation of new intranet.
* Review, implement and follow up HR Center of Excellence metrics and analytics.
