From Grupo CRIT we are looking for an important company based in Madrid a profile of Asset Manager.

Investment Analysis:

* Collect all the information and associated documentation related to the operation to be analysed.
* Study and analyse the transaction in order to determine its economic viability and operational feasibility.
* Run and populate the relevant check lists, models, sensitivity analysis and templates.
* Present with the PTG Manager the operation to the Internal Investment Committee for its discussion and analysis.
* Drafting the Investment Memo for the operation where required by the PTG Manager and Investment Committee.

Support:

The PTG analyst will support the PTG Manager in originating and executing transactions; and it is expected that the PTG Analyst will often accompany the PTG Manager to meetings and in some cases continue to manage the relationship with the counterparty in view of agreeing terms and closing a transaction.

Deal Closing:

* Once the agreement is reached, the PTG Analyst (together with the PTG manager) will be responsible for the correct closure of the operation, coordinating with all the internal and external parties involved under the supervision of the PTG Manager.
* Once the operation is closed, the PTG Analyst will coordinate with the corresponding departments of the company (Financial, Legal, AM, RE, Ops) to ensure the correct transfer of information for its subsequent management, booking and accounting.

Investment Reporting & Monitoring:

* Maintain updated and accurate Business Plans for PTG investments using corporate tool BPA.
* Monitor the data & action status of all PTG deals within corporate tool.
* Ensure the company is up to date with the performance of the PTG investments.
* Oversee the reporting of PTG investments performance communication.
* Manage internal and external deal performance reporting to PTG Manager, Investment Committee and funders where any.
