Minimum 10 years of experience on accounting manager roles.|Very high English level is a must.

Reporting to the F&A Manager and managing a team of 4 Accountants, the main mission will be to ensure the correct management of the book-keeping operations for Spain and Portugal, according to the Corporate Accounting Principles and to the local legal and fiscal requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible of the following responsibilities:

Accounting activities ordinary monitoring, coordination & management.

IFRS16 monthly process management.

Accounting requests from F&A team in Italy (Corporate) accurately with no delays.

Continuous monitoring of GL, payables and receivables monthly evolution.

Coordinate closing process through internal Closing Steps within internal deadlines.

Procurement Process Support: Coordination and Planning for procurement activities.

SII management (Spain) & SAFT management (Portugal): Reporting to Tax Authorities.

Tax compliance: Review on taxes declaration + Legal requests from Tax Authorities.

Support & Supervision on Bank Payments and Collections.

Review Bank reconciliation + Control Monitoring on Treasury.

Official Reporting to Corporate: CAPEX + TREASURY + PL / BS + OTHERS.

Support for auditors (2 countries with preliminary job): Provide information with no delays.

Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.

Support for Store administrative issues: sales, taxes, procedures, etc…

Spot projects: Transversal projects within F&A Department.

Inventory Control Supervision: SAP MM Monitoring.

Support on Business Partners Administrative Management.

Support on IC Reconciliation Management.
