Hedge Fund, Tier 1.

Excel modeling to analyze investment

Analyze investment opportunities, including research and comparables

Help conducting Due Diligence process with external advisors

Revise and discuss valuations, due diligence reports, investment memorándum.

Work on Powerpoint presentations

Attend meetings with other parties: sellers, financial entities.

Familiar with all related documentation: investment documentation (i.e. SPA), financial accounts, mortgages, lease contracts,

Will be focused on Spanish market.

Salary package between 40.000 to 50.000 euros + bonus
