Business Director - IT Consultancy - Industry|IT Consultancy with high added value

IT Consultancy with high added value and concerned about their ongoing projects, clients and their employees.

Build the business plan for all the Division.

Build the budget for the Division and all subsequent forecasts during the year.

Deliver expected revenues and margin by customer/domain/division according to the budget and execute preventive and corrective actions to ensure results.

Main responsible for customer acquisition and direct responsible to acquire Strategic Accounts.

Lead Account Managers to develop customers properly.

Ensure Customer processes a fulfilled properly in the Division.

Identify and incubate new domains/industries belonging to that Division.

Build and improve along with Consulting go to markets, added value propositions, pre-sales and sales assets.

Build along with Marketing a lead generation and brand awareness plan for the Division.

Be connected to market trends, to partners, to events… Be an executive representative for Company in partnerships, events as speaker…

Push for the acquisition and development Global Customers and Shared Sales with the rest of Market Units. Build a open and collaborative environment with other Division Leaders and Account Managers in other countries.
