The selected person will serve as Administrative Business Support.

What will I do?

Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for Management at the upper executive level.

These tasks may include, but are not limited to, compiling data for reports, administrative tasks associated with the budget process, scheduling executive appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for upper executive level employees, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing executive presentations, making travel arrangements, mentoring/leading the general administrative staff of the department/division, and other established general administrative requirements of the organization.

Back office Support to Management Staff.

Services’ Customer Events management (agenda, logistics, attendance, customer arrangements…).

Purchase Orders for events.

Punctually you can give administrative support to other departments in searches or specific needs.

Management of special shipments (internal and external).

Staff Meeting planning, coordination and supporting.

Internal/external meetings/travel planning, coordination and follow up compilation.
