Job Description:
Big Four experience is a must|High level of English is a very important requirement.
A leading global food company in the production of corn flour and tortillas worldwide. It operates in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania with more than 120 production plants worldwide.
Knowledge on preparing Financial Consolidation on Group Companies
Ensure that all monthly closing is timely within corporate deadlines.
Maintain accurate accounting records for local GAAP and IFRS reporting purposes.
Ensure all Group reporting requirements are met in the most efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Contact for external auditors and tax consultants as they pertain to local entities.
Prepare monthly/ quarterly reviews/ analysis on key management performance indicators.
Ensure that internal controls and Group’s internal audit requirements are being executed and reported on timely manner.
Propose processes and internal controls workflows.
Working closely with internat SSC and other departments across the organization.
Working closely with Treasury team to ensure accurate bank entries and maintain an accurate cash flow forecast in accordance with Group requirements.
Creating and maintaining relationships with service providers, including banking institutions.
Prepare annual report according to GRI Standards.
Assisting in Transfer Pricing.
Quarterly analysis to Headquarters.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Ensure that VAT and other tax declarations are prepared and filled in a timely fashion.
Local Tax declaration. Other local declarations.
Experience in a first level multinational industrial sector.
