Drive the definition of the Integrated System Landscape (ISL) strategy:

Set clear goals and highlight the business benefits of ISL

Identify new Single Source of Truth (SSTs) based on new requirements and use cases

Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs), support and maintenance processes in coordination with stakeholders (local and central organization, application managers, IT etc.)

Document and communicate the services, interfaces and sources connected to the SST landscape & Monitor progress and identify new opportunities

Ensure understanding among the BU (incl. and especially in Senior Mgmt) about the business benefits of ISL.

Lead and moderate the Data Governance Decision Board (DGDB):

Represent and take ownership of the SSTs (both user interface and master data) in theDGDB to recommend optimizations and consolidation of the SST and its services as well as interfaces

Participate and escalate DGDB topics into the Architecture Decision Board. Responsible for the critical field design,DGDB agreement and implementation for central and local maintenance

Ensure implementation of defined requirements

Ensure customization for the SSTs user interface and optimal data security together with IT & CKUs

Ensure proper communication and trainingto central and local stakeholders being involved in the maintenance of the SSTs

Challenge and suggest new approaches to improve the eBusiness strategy.
