Job Description:
Important logistics company of lockers and convenience stores network |Global provider of high-tech logistics solutions and services.
For more than 20 years, this company has established itself as one of the leaders in the distribution of shipments to individuals.
The most prestigious e-commerce and distance selling brands rely on them.
In 2010, they launched a new product for private individuals, in direct competition with state-owned operators: parcel delivery directly from a point of convenience (lockers/stores).
Reporting to the Spanish General Management, the Commercial Director will have the following tasks:
Design and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with General Management in line with the company’s global policies and strategy:- Management of the national sales team covering sales to the e-commerce channel, key accounts and marketing. - Team of more than 25 people in charge.
- Management of the income statement, definition of budgets and pricing policies.
- Leading the commercial activity taking into account that you will have to support, motivate and organize in a way that the team has a high level of commitment, that collaboration is encouraged in the team, that they are empowered to make decisions and that the objectives of the company are met in the most efficient way.
- Deal directly with high level negotiations with key accounts and/or strategic projects when required.
- Contribute improvement ideas to established processes with a Customer Centric approach to maintain growth, efficiency and quality levels.
- Keep informed of industry news and trends that may affect the business, as well as competitor movements.
- Cross-functional coordination with other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the overall objectives of the company are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry institutions, organizations and associations in order to bring recognition and new opportunities to the company.
