Job Description:
Minimium 5 years of experience leading O2C processes in multinational company|Excellent English level is a must. SAP is very desirable.
Important multinational company is looking for a Global Process Owner - Order to Cash (O2C) based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will around 12 years experience in O2C and at least 5 years of experience leading the O2C processes in a SSC or important multinational company. Experience with SAP will be very desirable. Excellent English level is a must.
You will lead process transformation and drive operational improvements in the O2C process on a global basis. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a strong O2C knowledge, Credit and Collections, passion for simplifying processes, driving standardization as well process automation to deliver process excellence whilst accommodating ERP system diversity and meeting the requirements of key business stakeholders. You will become a valuable member of the Global Finance Shared Services team and lead our Finance Transformation in the O2C area.Reporting to the Head Global Finance Shared Services of the Group, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
Define an O2C transformation roadmap focused on process optimization and automation
Design and continuously improve Global and/or Business Unit process standards and technology
Actively lead transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Sales, Project Management, Finance) ensuring full process adoption
Management of a Collections Center of Excellence in Madrid
Rollout of Credit and Collections and other O2C tools (automatic cash application, Customer Master Data, etc.)
Govern process adherence and deviation approvals
Communicate and influence key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities, in order to drive change within the organization
Prepare and deliver clear presentations to C-level executives to facilitate decision making
Conduct current state assessments and identify best practices at an ERP level
Independently manage complex projects
Collaborate and closely interact with global/local Finance, Sales, and Project Management teams to address global/local requirements and adapt processes accordingly
Act as an escalation point for issue resolution at shared service centers
Support shared service center leadership in building a lean platform for process execution
Keep up to date with O2C local regulations and latest technologies
Salary package: Attractive fixed salary + bonus + fringe benefits.
