Ensure day to day logistics e-commerce processes by closely monitoring the operation. Supply chain problem detection for quick and robust solving, on a highest service level and cost-efficient approach.

Coordinate with the differnts brands of the company, Logistics Operators, Customer Service and other operations departments so to ensure service is delivered as expected by customer.

Solve transportation incidents with Carriers.

Data analysis and estimations for forecasting and decision making. Resources planning with suppliers for campaigns.

Support processes change and projects for operation improvements, leading and coordinating cross-departmental when required.

KPIs generation, definition when required and monitoring.

Document processes and flows. Deliver presentations of business status and projects.

Stable position with an initial contract with Page Personnel ETT.
