Job Description:
Descripción del empleo
* Do you have 2+ years of experience in customer service?|Do you speak German & English fluently? (French is a plus)
* A growing, dynamic and international group of companies with base in Vallés Occidental.
* You are responsible for the areas of: order processing, deliveries, invoicing for our subsidiaries in Germany and Spain.
* Close contact and interaction with our office and Warehouse in Germany.
* Client inquiries (national/international)
* After sales support
* inboud lead management and support to sales team as commercial back office
* General administrative activities and support in organizational matters.
* Direct contract with the company. Long-term employment. Modern, well-equipped, open-space offices close to Barcelona.
Requisitos mínimos
* Completed business studies or comparable commercial training with work experience
* Routine handling MS Office (including advanced Excel knowledge), ideally experience with SAP (Business One) and a good technical understanding of ERP process
* Pro-active, independent and solution-oriented way of working
* High degree of teamwork, ability to cope under stress and open for new tasks
* Knowledge of GERMAN (native or bilingual) and ENGLISH (business-fluent) and FRENCH (business-fluent - it’s a plus). SPANISH (a must).
