IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Providing Concierge Services to clients
- Track Stolen Vehicles
- Emergency Calls Response
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers
What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week
- Possibility to work from home
- Schedule: 00:00-08:00h, Monday to Sunday with 2 rotative days off
- Salary: 17402,11€ gross/year + bonus (up to 60€/month, after the 6th month) + Plus Telework 24€ gross/month

Requisitos mínimos
- Native level of Czech
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Candidates must be available to assist to an online selective training on the next few days
