* Market observation and identification of sales potential.
* Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers.
* Technical and commercial negotiations.
* Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow-up and contract closures.
* Search for Service Partners in Spain/ Portugal.
* Co-ordinate Service activities with Service partners.
* Co-ordinate Sales activities with Application Sales Managers.
* Keep close contact to the service plants of the company in Europe.
* Direct budget responsibility for Sales / order entry Service for region Iberia.
* Generate an increase of sales.
* Generate sales growth out of customer base and market, by following the service sales plan
* Set up of Service Structure

Requisitos mínimos

* Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or equivalent degree.
* Knowledge in heat exchangers.
* Several years of professional experience in Service Business.
* Contacts in Oil& Gas/ Chemical/ Power Market.
* Sales experience.
* Excellent knowledge of English language.
* Good knowledge of the MS Office and to use a CRM-system.
* Self-starter.
* Distinct customer orientation and sales skills.
* Good communication skills with different customer levels and departments.
* Presentation skills .
* Good persuasive power and negotiation skills.
* Distinct problem solving skills.
* Systematic way of working.
* High flexibility and resiliency.
* Driver’s license.
