At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join one of our teams in Barcelona.



MISSION:

The purpose of this position is to define, plan and measure the digital acquisition strategy on paid media channels. The Digital Specialist reports to the Acquisition Manager and is responsible for the digital media goals achievement and growth.



We are looking for a person with experience in managing media channels and analytical skills, passionate for digital marketing acquisition and is performance-driven.



KEY TASKS:

* Define, manage, and coordinate the media acquisition strategy, along with our media agencies, across channels including Google Ads and Display, Microsoft Ads, Youtube, programmatic, Meta Ads, and Affiliation.
* Tracking, reporting, and analyzing paid campaign results continuously.
* Performance-driven, ensuring the acquisition goals and target CPOs are achieved.
* Generating detailed weekly performance reports around trends and KPIs and sharing them with our
* Coordinate our local teams by creating the most suitable strategies for each market (worldwide) while sharing learnings and best practices.
* Stay up to date with the latest technology and best user acquisition practices.
* To foster innovation and test & learn approaches sourcing, evaluating, and testing new user acquisition channels to grow.















Requisitos mínimos



EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent.
* Digital Master will be valued.
* 3 – 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing. Developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
* Proven success managing large digital media budgets and hitting goals for spending, revenue and other KPIs.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs, and Facebook Business Manager.
* Advanced skills with Excel, Powerpoint, and analytical tools.
* International experience is a plus.
* English and Spanish fluency.

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, BI tools, and spreadsheets.
* Creative and problem-solving capabilities.
* Organized and good time management skills, including prioritizing, and scheduling.
