IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide support and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms,
services (including roadside assistance), etc. via call, e-mail, chat and social media (inbound / outbound).
- Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by responding, escalating
and following up all requests.
- Achieve the individual and service key performance indicators.
- Strive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer
experience.
What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday with two rotative days off from 10:00 - 18:00
- Salary: around 18.000€ gross per year + + Multiskill 2 languages (334,95€)+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- Native level of French or Dach
- Advanced level of English (C1)
· Candidates must be available to assist to a selective training on the next few days
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number
