International pharmaceutical company with stable presence in Spain.

The Regional Customer Experience Manager will report to the Business Unit Director and will be directly responsible for Sales and Customer Excellence teams for Spanish southern region.

He/her will be accountable for ensuring the implementation of commercial strategies at regional level, maximizing sales targets achievement and Customer Experience objectives.

* Implement commercial strategies at regional level, maximizing sales targets achievement and CX objectives.
* Establish strong relationships with regional stakeholders (e.g. physicians associations). Develop and maintain network to deliver meaningful solutions to clients/patients.
* Supervise activities and CX projects deployment within assigned region, coordinating Support preparation of regional/ local Touchpoint Team Huddles
* Disseminate CX coaching and feedback towards reporting structures
* Works cohesively with other Business Unit functions (e.g. Marketing) to build-out commercial operations strategies and roadmaps.
* Manage regional budget consistently with targets and compliance policies.
* Actively participates to Regional CX best-practices sharing and ideas generation.
* Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 6 direct reports people and a total scope of approximately 30-40 people in his/her area.

Requisitos mínimos

* Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Psychology or related.
* +10 years of Sales/Marketing/Customer Success experience within pharma industry and Management role.
* Knowledge of Agile principles.
* Excellent communication skills, strategic thinker, go-to-person abilities and skills on keep teams focused on highest-impact drivers of success.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Generalist background with broad knowledge of employee relations and legal compliance, recruitment and selections, performance management, compensation and change management.
* Strong communication skills verbal and written
* Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and employee information.
