IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide support and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms,
services (including roadside assistance), etc. via call, e-mail, chat and social media (inbound / outbound).
- Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by responding, escalating
and following up all requests.
- Achieve the individual and service key performance indicators.
- Strive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer
experience.
What we offer you:
- A part-time job of 20 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 10:00am
- Salary: around 9465.04€ gross/year+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month
-Possibility to work from home
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- Native level of Dach
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Spain, have a NIE and a Social Security Number
