Job Description
We are seeking a talented Menswear Creative Copywriter to join AWWG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality copy for Hackett London and Façonnable across various company platforms. The Creative Copywriter will work closely with our marketing team to develop unique and compelling content that engages and inspires our audience, while maintaining brand consistency and voice
In this role you will be responsible for supporting both brands across all areas: including Digital business (e-commerce, marketplace, online wholesale, paid media, etc) Marketing (consumer engagement, trade marketing, Social Media, PR and influencers, etc) as well as HR, internal communication and Customer Service areas creating copy, defining brands tone of voice and personality and managing translations for all communication pieces as campaigns, seasonal content, commercial campaigns and global/local initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating original creative copy in English for both brands and ensuring translations to be accurate to maintain tone, style, and original meaning.
Ensure business goals and brand experience by having the customer as the priority while creating the best Omnichannel experience.
Work in accordance with legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures to deliver the best copy for each market, country and brand to meet customer expectations and needs.
This position is based in our Group HQ in Madrid within the Consumer Engagement Team inside the Marketing Department, and reports to the Global Head of Content Strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating copy in English for both brands, managing translations with an external agency and ensuring translations to be accurate to maintain tone, style, and original meaning.
* Helping to create both brands’ tone of voice and personality.
* Creating copy for all areas: Digital business (e-commerce, marketplace, online wholesale, paid media, etc) Marketing (consumer engagement, trade marketing, Social Media, PR and influencers, etc) as well as HR, internal communication and Customer Service areas.
* Manage translations, proofread and validate translations to ensure accuracy and consistency of tone of voice and meaning.
* Work with cross-functional teams, including Heads of Image and the Graphic Design teams, to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together.
* Collaborate with all company areas to collect and incorporate feedback, resolving conflicts/inconsistencies and addressing concerns from stakeholders.
* Track results and content performance to optimize copywriting and raise engagement and conversion rates.
* A/B testing with copywriting and translations, using data to enhance copywriting strategy.
* Drive changes in current ways of working, processes, tools, or projects to improve the business in an omnichannel way.
* Maintain a positive attitude about changes and last minute needs, and be able to adapt and react fast to a changing environment with a problem-solving mindset.
Requisitos mínimos
What you’ll need to succeed:
* British Profile (English mother tongue - language, spelling, and grammar) as well as British cultural context and sense of humour.
* High level of French at professional level (in Creative Copywriting) is a plus.
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, digital media or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of creative copywriting in English work required. Spanish copywriting experience preferred.
* Knowledge of digital media as e-commerce, omnichannel advertising, creative and commercial & sales mind oriented.
* Knowledge of the fashion and media industry with proficiency in developing local consumer driven copy.
* Highly structured and organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Open, straightforward communicator able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration.
