* Account management and execution of commercial business starting from the launch and commercialization of signed contracts.
* Comprehends market dynamics and drives competitive action plans.
* Customer-centric account management.
* Negotiation skills for existing contracts, contract terminations, and commercial contracts.
* Modifications to agreements (territorial expansion, price changes) and negotiation of new L&S agreements for mature products.
* Ensures cross-functional alignment across Business Unit members.
* Provides a central point of communication between operations/technical and commercial.
* The company’s office is based in Barcelona, but is open to a hybrid work model that allows for employees to work from other cities and/or countries.

Requisitos mínimos
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
* Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
* Strategic Business Acumen: Proficient in analysis and strategy development.
* Results-Driven: Focused on achieving business objectives and skilled at finding solutions to challenges.
* Excellent Communicator and Collaborator: Adept at collaborating effectively and building relationships across teams.
* Quick Learner and Adaptable: Able to learn quickly and adjust to new circumstances.
* Familiarity with Regulatory and Quality Requirements: Knowledgeable about regulations and quality standards.
