O&M company with both data technology and engineering capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for diagnose performance issues and execute performance improvement plan, and to develop advanced computational methods to improve the efficiency of Solar O&M. More specifically:
· Perform regular operational and compliance audits & assessments, review to capture all relev antevent details, drive completion of events, and calculate plant loss, availability and uncertainty quantification
· Proactively identify, address, and resolve concerns, risks about system performance, and conduct systematic performance analysis and reporting on a daily basis on the results and deviations detected
· Provide testing and analysis to ensure systems are compliant with requirements. Revise Preventative Maintenance(PM) and Corrective Maintenance ( instructions, technical documents, specifications, and Scopes of Work
· Provide technical assistance and engineering support on maintenance projects; interfacing with other departments to resolve operational deficiencies, increase reliability, ensure high q uality performance and maintenance efficiency to improve future contracting procedures and performance.
· Maintain a database of existing and future distributed generation and utility assets by entering maintenance events and performance data and validatin g record integrity by cross referencing with source data.

Career Development
Requisitos mínimos

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3-7 years of experience in solar PV O&M projects or related experience as performance engineer
Experience in utility scale PV O&M projects is a plus
Experience in solving problems related to solar O&M such as PV panel, inverters, controllers, sensors, AC/DC, transformers, etc.

Advanced computer skills such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc
It is essential to be fluent in English, and preferences is given to those who have excellent foreign language skills such as Portuguese, German, Italian, etc.

Basic knowledge of local regulations and laws related to new and renewable energy, in particular solar energy
Basic knowledge of renewable energy industry, solar energy and BESS
