Multinational leader in the global aerospace industry.

In continuous and close co-operation with the Compliance and Risk departments

- Evaluate the company’s activity, determine the possible dangers or risks to which the company is exposed in terms of infringements and penalties for non-compliance with laws and regulations.

- Legal advice on queries relating to Data Protection, Prevention of Money Laundering, Antitrust and Export Control.

- Control, supervision and monitoring of compliance with the criminal prevention plan.

- Continuous monitoring of the actions carried out within the company and routine control of these actions.

- Implementing measures and controls that allow you to be aware of risks and incidents in a timely manner.



* CORPORATE:

- Legal advice in different M&A operations: structuring, preliminary agreements, purchase and sale contracts, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements.

- Legal advice on the restructuring and reorganisation of group companies.

- Coordination with external advisers in this area

Requisitos mínimos

Technical requirements:

Bachelor degree in Law

Master’s degree in commercial law desirable

Deep knowledge and experience of compliance, Data Protection,antitrust.

Years of experience a minimum of 10 years in a compliance role with minimum 7 years of working in the industrial sector as preferably.

Fluency in English

Skills:

Teamwork and ability to integrate in a large, international organisation.

Ability to identify risks and mitigating alternatives.

Organization skills; ability to manage several projects at the same time.
