Multinational company located in Madrid.

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

* Coordination and supervision of the full Accounting Cycle.
* Monthly reporting according to Holcim guidelines and Statutory requirements.
* Support on the External Audit and Internal Control testing.
* Tax Reporting in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ad-hoc reporting activities.
* Tracking and determination of financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with Budget/Forecast/Previous Years scenarios.
* Support on Budget Control and cost analysis, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts, proactively recommending actions.
* Support on the preparation of local and region Budget and Forecast exercises.
* Support cost allocation and recharge mechanism.
* Leading internal finance projects under his/her responsibility.
* Ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time, budget and quality. Promotes an adequate prioritization of activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


We offer:

* Permanent contract
* Flexible working time: Monday to Thursday (8.00/9.30h - 17.30/19.00h) // Friday (8.00/9.30h - 14.00/15.30h)
* Remote work: 2 - 3 days/week

Requisitos mínimos

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:

* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Administration or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as finance analyst.
* Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, etc.
* SAP would be a plus.
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.
