* Multinational company - End costumer|Head of Data Analytics - Team Leader


Multinational company.

* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the data analytics team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
* Manage and mentor a team of data analysts & engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Collaboration and supervision of technological partners.
* Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and leverage them to enhance our data capabilities.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven recommendations to drive operational efficiencies and optimize business outcomes.
* Ensure data governance.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requisitos mínimos

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in similar positions.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies that drive business impact.
* Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
