* Promote the vision, purpose, and strategy of L&D towards your market.
* Participate in the definition of L&D strategies together with the Talent Manager and you implement learning strategies and programs to address local business needs.

Requisitos mínimos

* At least 5 years of previous experience in leadership roles.
* Experience in managing projects cross-functionally.
* A university degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology or People Development is a plus.
* Great inspirational communication skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish essential and Portuguese will be a plus.
* Analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and data interpreting.
* Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint.
